Terms of Service

Last updated: February 28, 2026

1. What the Service Is

awoo.studio provides file hosting, URL shortening, and integrations with third-party platforms (Discord, Twitch, YouTube). The service is available in free and paid tiers, with usage limits (file size and storage quotas) that vary by plan.

2. Your Account

You need an account to use the service. You're responsible for keeping your credentials and API tokens secure. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If you want to delete your account, contact us and we'll remove your data.

3. Acceptable Use

You may upload and share content, including NSFW material, subject to these restrictions:

  • No illegal content (malware, pirated material, CSAM, controlled substances)
  • No harassment, threats, doxxing, or hate speech
  • No using the service to attack or disrupt other services
  • No circumventing usage limits or access controls

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your Content

You own what you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and serve your files as needed to operate the platform (e.g., generating thumbnails, serving downloads). We don't claim ownership of your content and won't sell it.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running but can't guarantee 100% uptime or that your files will never be lost. Back up anything important. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or lost revenue.

6. Changes & Termination

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Either party can terminate at any time — you by deleting your account, us by giving notice.
